Please be aware that the following specifications apply unless specifically noted in the information fields to the right of the order part number:
- The switching relay is a single, vacuum type with a 24VDC coil.
- Parallel connected relays (enabling 2X & 3X power rating) are offered in specific models.
- The input/output connector positions (unless specified) are per the information detailed in this download.
- The user control connector (on the enclosure) is a type D-Sub 15 male.
- The absolute maximum voltage and current ratings are typically limited to the connector type(s) used.
- Parallel output connectors are designed for dual coax feeds to larger magnetron sputter cathodes.
- Specific designs include grounding of the in-used output when not selected.
- DC only rated units typically include an internal RF blocking filter that precludes the use of any type of RF power generator.
- DC/RF rated units are compatible with all types of DC and RF power supplies including pulsing waveform types, low frequency (40KHz) and, high frequency (13.56MHz). Contact Manitou Systems for applications above 13.56 MHz.
