Series PS High Voltage Power Supply Data and Specifications

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAEngineered for the demanding operator, the Series PS will stand up to the toughest requirements.  These linear high voltage power supplies are designed to complement the Lunar-Link Series LA communications amplifiers.

The Series PS high voltage power supply delivers effortless and reliable operation for 1500w RF output amplifiers in all modes, including high duty cycle digital modes.

Three user selectable primary taps enable optimal HV DC output for operation with either 3CX800A7 or pulse rated 3CPX800A7 electron tubes.  A relay driven step start power-on system and 3 ampere (200 amp. surge) silicon rectifier diodes assure reliable operation. Heavy duty AC power relays enable years of use without failure.  A  wire wound, HV surge limiting resistor protects both the power supply components and the RF amplifier’s electron tubes during the HV power turn on.
